Natasha guided and gave me tools, techniques and outcomes far FAR beyond my expectations. Her skillset is broad and key for me was her ability to flex her programme (both over the medium term and sometime on the spot) to suit me, how I am and in a way that maximised success.  

 

Natasha was quick to understand me, not just in terms of areas where I needed help but me as a person – this was the key backbone to the programme. 

 

Her tools and techniques are varied, can be tailored and are simple; seeming to draw on an endless tool kit - this has undoutedly given me ‘tools for life’ for which I am truly grateful.  I simply did not expect that the programme would have (what will inevtiably be) a life-long impact.
